Online Check-in/Registration

  • Check-In via email is due February 21st.
  • An automated response will reject teams that send emails after this time. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS or EXTENSIONS allowed.
  • All teams will receive a confirmation email stating that their check-In documents were completed no later than February 21st.
  • Instructions for checking in by email can be found below:
  1. Print and fill in the PDF document labeled "NESS Team Information Sheet". The document can be found in the "Online Check-In Tab" on the www.nesshowcase.com site.
  2. Documentation:
    All teams need to provide:
    • 1 copy of Roster (w/ Guest players added to bottom)
    • A copy of player passes (ONLY front must be copied)
    • A copy of each guest players passes (Only front must be copied)
    • Teams outside Region I need to provide a signed permission to travel form. Check with your state association for appropriate form. (Region I teams include: ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, PAE, PAW, NYE, NYW, CT, MD, DE, VA, WV)
  1. After you gathered the appropriate documents to register your team please follow the instructions below:
    1. SCAN each document and SAVE the files as a single PDF document (we will NOT accept other files types i.e. JPEG, Zip Drive or Word) with the following naming convention Gender/Age Group/Club and team name, e.g., "GU14 Albertson Fury ECNL.pdf".
    2. Combine all files before sending into ONE DOCUMENT (we will not accept the document if it is more than one file)
    3. Email the document to KKSOCCER731@aol.com
      In the subject line of the email include the following:
      NESS Tournament Registration (Gender/Age Group/Full Team Name (include club and team name)), e.g., NESS Tournament Registration GU14 Albertson Fury ECNL

ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE MEDICAL RELEASE FORM FOR EACH PLAYER (INCLUDING GUEST PLAYERS) BUT DO NOT INCLUDE THE REALEASE FORMS IN THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PACKAGE
